**Booking Information:** All rentals require a 50% deposit taken at the time of booking your party. Balances must be paid by the day BEFORE your party. A Joyful Noise reserves the right to charge your credit card the remaining balance the day before your party, unless another form of payment is given.
**Availability:** SATURDAYS 9:30am – 11:30am, 1:00pm- 3:00pm, 4:30-6:30 SUNDAYS 9:30am – 11:30am, 1:00pm- 3:00pm — **Fill out this form to request a date and time for your Birthday Party or Event at A Joyful Noise.** Please submit your preferred dates in order of highest to lowest. We will check the availability of your requested dates and respond to you as soon as possible during business hours to secure your deposit of $225. I would like to Rent the following for my party:
**Before Your Party/Event:** Please include the address of A Joyful Noise on invitations and information related to your party/event, including date and the time your party/event is set to begin and end. **Parking:** Parking is available
**A Joyful Noise address:** 2128 Post Rd. Wells, Maine 04090
**Arrival:** Birthday party and event hosts are welcome to come to A Joyful Noise on the day of the party up to 30 minutes before your scheduled party start time. This allows the host the opportunity to check-in, set up food/beverages, complete any additional decorating, and greet guests.
Party/event guests can arrive at the party/event start time. They will be greeted by the party host or A Joyful Noise staff member and be directed into the party room and outdoor play space.
**A Joyful Noise Host:** An A Joyful Noise staff member will be on-site for the entirety of your event and can assist with maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the space. The host can also assist in the event running smoothly by guiding guests, following a party timeline, and providing guidance for set up/clean up at your request.
**Party Renter Clean Up Responsibilities:** Clean up is required by party renters; we expect the party space, including outdoor playgrounds, to be left in the condition they were found. If the space is left in an unacceptable state, a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to the credit card on file.
**Presents and Personal Belongings:** The party room features a gift table and a table for food and beverages. Any presents and personal items must be removed by the end of the scheduled party/event time. A Joyful Noise is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
**Décor:** You are welcome to bring decorations (tabletop decorations, party favors, balloons, etc.) to decorate the Party Room. Please use wall-safe materials for hanging decorations. **Decorations not permitted include:** piñatas, confetti, glitter, silly string, hay bales, and other items that may be hard to clean or could damage the facility. **Please contact us if you have any questions regarding appropriate décor items.**
**Food and Beverages:** Hosts may bring in food and beverages for their guests. To keep our space clean and fun for everyone, food and beverages must remain in the Party Room. **PLEASE NOTE:** A Joyful Noise does not supply plates, cups, or utensils for your party/event. -At A Joyful Noise, NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, smoking, or vaping are permitted on the premises. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all.
**Departure:** Birthday party/event hosts and guests must vacate A Joyful Noise by the end of their reservation to allow our staff to clean and reset the room for additional reservations. Please ensure all décor, food & beverages, gifts, and other items brought for the party/event are taken with you. Trash will be taken care of by A Joyful Noise.
**Fees & Deposits:** Event Price: $450.00 All rentals require a 50% deposit taken at the time of booking your party. Balances must be paid by the day BEFORE your party. A Joyful Noise reserves the right to charge your credit card the remaining balance the day before your party, unless another form of payment is given.
**Cancellation Policy:** All cancellations must be submitted in writing to rachel.chaisson@ajoyfulnoisepreschool.org. If you cancel more than 30 days before your event, your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit.
**Other Reminders:** – Children participating in a birthday party or event at A Joyful Noise must be accompanied by adult chaperones at all times. – You are welcome to take photos during your time at A Joyful Noise.
**Liability:** By signing this form, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold A Joyful Noise harmless from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising from the rental and use of the premises.
**Conduct:** – No drug use or smoking of any kind is tolerated on the premises, in the building, playgrounds or on campus, including loitering or congregating outside on the sidewalk. – Disparaging remarks or any type of physical violence will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the premises without refund. – Renter and guests must use the premises in a considerate manner at all times and comply with all applicable laws. -At A Joyful Noise, no alcoholic beverages, smoking, or vaping are permitted on the premises. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and healthy environment for all.
