Meet the teachers and staff of our Wells School! We have a staff of wonderful professionals who are experts in their field. Our caregivers are qualified professionals with backgrounds in early childhood education. They are experienced, CPR/First Aid certified, and undergo regular training to enhance their skills.
Wells is our newest school, but some of our Wells teachers have been with A Joyful Noise for many years and have developed a culture of excellence in their classrooms. Their experience gives the students a trusted foundation for growth.
To learn more about our Wells school, reach out to our Director, Kristin Molleur.
Rachel Chaisson,
Owner and CEO
Rachel Chaisson is the founder and owner of A Joyful Noise Childcare Centers. A mother of three and lifelong advocate for children, Rachel’s journey in early childhood education began with homeschooling her own children and teaching in a small church classroom. What started as a passion for creating a safe, nurturing environment for children has grown into multiple childcare centers serving hundreds of families each year.
Rachel is dedicated to providing high-quality early learning experiences, supporting families, and empowering educators to make a lasting impact in the lives of children. Her vision continues to guide A Joyful Noise’s mission of creating a joyful, welcoming place where every child can learn, grow, and thrive.

Kristin Molleur,
Director of Wells
Hello, my name is Kristin Molleur. I am the Director of A Joyful Noise Preschool in Wells. I have spent many years teaching children between the ages of 3-5 including children with special needs. While with AJN, I have gained experience being a program lead and have provided positive leadership and guidance to both staff and children to lead them to success. I have had a wonderful opportunity to connect with families in the community through playgroups and events I have planned including Art Walks & Graduations. I graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. I live with my husband and two daughters, Gracelyn & Elliana in Arundel. We love to enjoy the outdoors, sitting around a campfire, and skiing through Maine’s winter months.
